why its asking me Upload a photo or copy of a document with proof of organisation this option should not be there. there should be only address and pan card option(for document)

Hey, a little help here. I have requested for pins several times from AdSense, and not knowing its been delivered at post office, all this while I was thinking the pin will arrive by electronic mail. I just got a message from google telling me I have less than 1month to verify my address. Will the ads stop showing by the end of this month?. Please how do I get the pin to verify my address.

Please I have a little challenge and i want to know before I submit the ID to verify my account. The name of the account user is different. But the name currently on the payment profile which I edited days ago is the same with the ID I want to submit but different from the account user name. Is there possibility of being rejected? Since the payment name and the name on the ID is the same but the difference is user name on the personal profile/setting. Thanks
