I bought my K17 8 months ago. The battery will no longer charge and I cannot find replacement batteries anywhere, not even on the Moosoo webstie. This model vacuum seems to be discontinued already and the newer models use a completely incompatible battery. This was a waste of money and I’m very disappointed. The whole reason I bought this vacuum was for the replaceable batteries.

Does anyone know where to get a moosoo k17-pro filter replacement? The standard k17 filter doesn’t fit in the pro vacuum so I’m not sure what to do without a filter…
