I’m having trouble connecting through Bluetooth on my Gear2 watch. Any suggestions? It’s connected via my phone and Bluetooth is enabled on the watch.

In reply to Kelly. I guess you bought the Bluetooth version. So you can find the charging port on the back of the earphone, open the cover and you'll see it. Hope it helps.

I just bought these and I feel really stupid asking this but how do you charge the headphones? They include a USB cord but I cant find on the headphones where to plug it in!

In reply to S.B. Hi, It depends on your needs. If you really hate wires, you can go with Reflect BT. Their sounds should be the same. The battery last about 5 hours and charging takes 1 hour.

I am really confused! Which one to choose, the JBL Synchros Reflect-A or the JBL Synchros Reflect- BT? And I’m wondering how long it takes to charge the JBL Synchros Reflect-BT in full?
