The machine is hopeless, squeezes juices terribly, the pulp remains completely wet, you can squeeze it in your hands, almost all the fruit or vegetables are wasted! The device has no certificates, we do not know what plastics it is made of. I ordered Orfeld juicer and I received Fezen, because they sell this Chinese shit under different names. I didn’t receive an invoice, they don’t want to answer my complaints, they just pass me by and don’t answer all my emails. They are just scammers who sell Chinese crap.
