Hi – great website, came across it via Google. Anyhow, according to your listing above, the S10e model (SM-G970UZKAXAA) I just bought (Feb 2023) is a US factory unlocked. I am hoping you can help – when I unboxed it all that I found was the phone itself, a SIM tool, and transfer cable or USB connector. But when I check out the S10e Unboxed on Youtube, there’s supposed to be a charger, travel adapter, and headphones. Is this normal that some models don’t have all the accessories? Thank you

From which country / operator is it?

In reply to Paula. Vero ho avuto lo stesso problema, ho dovuto tribolare un pò ma ho risolto. La serie U ha firmware di operatori U.S.A e in Italia non si ricevono aggiornamenti, devi quindi installare un firmware "libero" da operatori, sempre U.S.A perchè deve girare con Snapdragon io ho scaricato XAA, lo trovi se nella ricerca digiti SM-G970U1. Poi devi trovare ODIN non quello normale perchè gli operatori mettono un blocco al cambio Firmware e non parte, devi trovare ODIN PatcheD e con quello potrai fare il cambio firmware e ricevere gli aggiornamenti anche in Italia.

How can I tell my model number for my Samsung Galaxy S10e after I did a hard reset and I need to update my firmware?? Hope that’s right, either way don’t want to turn my £900 into a brick…,im based in ireland and ive got the screen of death Please help, I don’t wan to mess it up big-time and after doing these steps before I do the download I looked everywhere to figure where to see the model number and all I found was to download this app match up the operation system and other criteria and that would match it up and help determine which model it is, or what country,i was told to download dr fone software to remove screen of death

Hi, I just bought a refurbished S10e SM-G970U — I checked your list and there is no information at all on the G970U. I’m wondering why not? I had no idea there were these different models of THIS model and now I’m freaking out that I might not have gotten what I need. Someone wrote that they can’t get updates??? Seriously? Any information that anyone has would be helpful.

Incidentally, it says “Manufactured in Vietnam”.

Alles funktionstüchtig.
was mich irritiert ist das *#06# mir nicht die IMEI nummer anzeigt. und *#0#* öffnet nicht den Samsung test mode…
Ist es möglich das ich eine ‘gefälschte’ Android version drauf habe?

I also got a SM-G975U1 – I am in Europe/Austria.
It´s working fine.
I have one issue: *#06# is not giving me the IMEI nr. and *#0#* does not give me the samsung test mode.
Is there a possibility that I have a editet Android version? like a trojan thing?

What S10e model phone comes with a built-in radio app. I know the phone has radio capability, but I do not want to download a third-party app and have to use data to listen to local FM radio. I just want to use a dial-type tuner that can only pick up local stations. The T-mobile model I currently have does not support Next radio. One of the reasons I bought this phone was for the radio capability. TIA.

Ich habe das SM-G970U1 gekauft und stelle hier fest, dass es ja offensichtlich ein US-Modell ist, was allerdings nicht erwähnt wurde. Kann ich das ohne Einschränkung in D bzw. EU verwenden?

I have the SM-G97OU1 and for sure it is not with ATT.
Mine came unlocked.
Funny thing thought is that i have 2 manufacturers warranties on the same phone.
Also in the USA
