Hi, I’m having exactly the same issue today and stuck. Any update on this? Did eBay resolve this weird issue?

Why they provide an option for a partial refund and the buyer accepts, then you can’t refund! I’ve tried everything, but in vain!

Is the only option here to keep hounding eBay? Can the buyer rescind his dispute, or does eBay need to do that? I have been stuck with this issue for two weeks and I’d love to resolve it.

happen to me as well, they told me to send the money via a different transaction in paypal to the buyer and then contact ebay after its done so ebay can lift the hold on my money.

after reading this i just told them to issue the refund on their side and ill just stop using paypal.

the lady wasted ten minutes of my time saying its paypals fault even tho Ebay is the one who has the hold on the funds and is the one with the issues.

you cant refund through paypal if ebay has an hold on your money
