In reply to Guilherme Vaz. Yes Guilherme, Samsung is still the most friendly-environment brand and it is safe for our health as well. I update the list with smartphones in the U.S., hopefully it will be helpful for your choice. :)

Samsung clearly leading the top list of safe mobile phones with LOW SAR level. Not even that, but they are also not in the top list of mobile phones with HIGH SAR level. I thing I know what’s my next mobile phone ;)

In reply to nguyet. Hi Nguyet, The SAR level of HTC Salsa is 1.23, so your phone is still in the safe zone but the radiation is still quite high.

In reply to Jym Tarrant. The iPhone has quite high radiation level, you can check it out on my new post. There are even 6 Samsung phones in the safe list. I love Samsung as they always want to protect us by green products.
