Hello,

I have an iPhone 5s purchased through Apple UAE with carrier Etisalat. Model number is A1457 EMC 2643. I purchased a new Vodafone SIM card but when inserted in the phone is says “no SIM card installed”. I have checked with Etisalat and the phone is not locked. I’d appreciate your advise. Thank you.
