It seems that the avg program doesn’t work as it should and sometimes makes the browser look to the host for that folder and file rather than access it locally.

I prevented further errors on my website by adding the folder and file, with the contents of the js file redirecting the user to another free antivirus program.

my avg_ls_dom.js file content:
window.location = “http://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download”;
